Dave Chumbler IS Calvert City. With a heart of gold, anyone who knows Dave, knows that he loves basketball and he loves making sure everyone feels included. Dave had the idea of hosting a walk in 2021 and his dream still continues two years later!

With your donations last year, Dave and members of the Marshall County Exceptional Center went shopping and purchased Christmas presents for over 20 children in our local area!

He has a goal of $3000 and we know he can meet that goal again this year with your help!

After the event, Dave will take the funds earned and go Christmas shopping with the Family Resource Center crew! Dave won’t be shopping alone though – The Marshall County Exceptional Students will be joining him to shop till they drop!

Dave asks that you wear your ugliest sweater and participate in this fun-filled event! Join us for a 5K, and a .5 fun walk around Memorial Park!

All proceeds will be donated to the Marshall County Family Resource Center.

Event Schedule:
Pre-packet pickup is at Snap Fitness of Calvert City on December 1 from 4-6 PM

Race Day Registration – 6:30 AM – 7:00 AM. Registration closes at 7:00 AM on December 2.

5K – 8:00 AM

Awards – 9:00 AM

Fun Walk with Dave – 9:30 AM
