Online payments

We are LIVE! Here’s what you need to know:

The utility bill you received that is due June 10 was generated from the old billing system and contains your old account number.

To pay online using the new billing system, you will need your new account number. Please call Calvert City Hall at (270) 395-7138 to obtain it.

Once you have your new account number, you can:

• Pay your bill online
• Set up AutoPay

Beginning in July, utility bills will have a new look. They will no longer be in the old format and will arrive in an envelope.

This change does not affect you if:

• You pay with cash or check
• You pay with a credit card in person at City Hall
• You pay through direct withdrawal from your bank account

Utility bills are not due until June 10, and there is still plenty of time to make your payment once the new system goes live.
