In honor of Veterans Day, the Calvert Area Development Association (CADA) invites the community to visit Memorial Park and experience a touching display of Military Tribute Signs recognizing local service members who have bravely served our nation. The tribute will be on display from November 11 through November 16 at the Calvert City Fountain at Memorial Park.
Residents and visitors are encouraged to come out and walk through the park’s fountain area, where each sign proudly displays the name and branch of a local hero. The tribute serves as a heartfelt reminder of the courage, dedication, and sacrifice of the men and women who have fought for our freedom.
“This display is a special way for our community to pause and reflect on the service and sacrifice of those who protect our country,” said Brittany Story, president of CADA. “CADA is proud to recognize these brave individuals and their families who have given so much in service to our nation.”
The Military Tribute Signs will remain on display throughout the week, offering the perfect opportunity for families, friends, and visitors to honor veterans past and present.
