Fire Department needs local businesses to complete Emergency Information Form by December 31

In our ongoing efforts to enhance emergency response capabilities, we are contacting all Calvert City business owners to request your assistance in completing the attached Emergency Contact Information Form. This form is of utmost importance as it enables us to have reliable emergency contact information on file for your business, specifically for situations that may arise after regular business hours.

Having these numbers on file is vital for several reasons. In a fire or other emergency at your business premises outside of regular business hours, having access to emergency contact numbers ensures that city departments can reach someone quickly, reduces response times, and minimizes potential damage.

Printed forms can be mailed to Calvert City Hall with attention to the Calvert City Fire Department at P.O. Box 36, Calvert City, KY, 42029, or hand-delivered to City Hall between the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. We are asking that all forms be completed by December 31, 2023.
