Ideal Candidate
The city is seeking a candidate who is:
- A strong communicator who can serve as a visible representative of Calvert City.
- Organized and able to manage priorities, resources, projects and deadlines.
- Open-minded and willing to objectively consider new information and different viewpoints.
- Committed to providing courteous, responsive and reliable service to residents.
Position Requirements
Applicants should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, political science, law, engineering or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- At least three to five years of executive municipal leadership experience.
- Utility management experience, which is preferred.
- An ICMA-CM designation, which is a plus.
A combination of education and experience will be considered.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary range is $100,000 to $120,000.
