Entries for the 2020 Calvert City Calendar poured in during the month of November. It was a difficult task to narrow down the beautiful photographs received.
The 2020 Calendar includes 13 images from talented local photographers. The city launched a contest asking photographers to submit images taken in Calvert City, on Kentucky Lake, or on the Tennessee River.
Each photographer was able to enter 10 photos of their own. Seasonal, event and holiday-themed photos were encouraged. Submissions were accepted until November 1, and the judging period was held in December. Members of the Calvert Area Development Association selected the winners from the 255 entries. Photographs submitted will be used in promotions throughout the 2020 year.
2020 Calendars are available for pick-up at Calvert City Hall during normal business hours.
