Christa Offut, a lifelong resident of Calvert City, fulfills her dream of entrepreneurship with the grand opening of Lakeside Massage, conveniently located alongside Calvert Chiropractic on Highway 62 in Calvert City.
Drawing from her journey of battling an autoimmune disorder since 2017, Offut found solace in massage therapy, inspiring her to pursue a career in the field. After extensive training at Palpation Prep School of Massage, Offut is poised to offer the same healing touch that transformed her life to the community she holds dear.
A life-long resident of Calvert City, she and her husband find joy in spending time with her family, and participating in church activities. Her career motivation is set by a singular purpose – to help people feel better. “I’ve always wanted to own my own business and I knew if I ever did, I wanted to be close to home and serve the community I grew up in. Calvert City is a beautiful place and I love being a part of this little community,” she said. Choosing to establish her business in Calvert City was a natural decision for Offut, driven by her desire to serve the community she knows and loves.
Lakeside Massage operates under flexible hours to accommodate diverse schedules. Working alongside Adele Ambler of Oasis Therapeutic Massage, offering appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays, complementing Ambler’s schedule on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Services include Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, chair massage, and aromatherapy.
