Calvert City will see two new police officers cruising the city’s streets upholding the law as of Monday.
After several interviews, two new officers were selected to join the Calvert City Police Department.
The two new officers took their oath of service during a swearing-in ceremony at Calvert City Hall by Mayor Gene Colburn on Monday, October 23, 2023.
Evan Timmons and Keith Suits have a combined nearly 30 years of experience in the police force. Police Chief Mike Canon plans to introduce the two new officers at the November Council Meeting on November 13 at Calvert City Hall.
