Join the City of Calvert City, Calvert Area Development Association (CADA) and Tennessee RiverLine for the 2026 KY Lake Fall Paddle Up on Saturday, Oct. 3!

This family-friendly paddle will launch at 9 a.m. from Sledd Creek Boat Ramp and finish at the Kentucky Dam Village Beach Boat Ramp.

No registration is required! Just mark yourself as “Going” on the Facebook event page and show up ready to paddle.

Safety and overview: 8:45 a.m. Sledd Creek
Paddle takeoff: 9 a.m.
Estimated finish: 11 a.m.

Please have your kayak at Sledd Creek by 8:45 a.m. Participants should coordinate with a friend to stage a vehicle at the Kentucky Dam Village Beach Boat Ramp before launch. Drop your kayak at Sledd Creek, where event staff will monitor boats, then take a vehicle to the take-out so it is waiting when you finish.

All paddlers are required to wear a life jacket and know how to swim. A brief safety course will be held before launch.

Don’t have a kayak? We have a limited number available to use at no cost, first come, first served.

Each participant will also receive a breakfast voucher from 50’s Cafe.
